In the Jaroslava region, an important development has taken place for the economies of the region and the entire country, the formal opening of a modern OTTO facility, REAL SORB, for the production of alumooxy catalysts and adsorbents. The investment project implements the federal import substitution programme and supports the employment of the population, contributing to sustained economic growth.

The " REAL SORB " catalyst began its work in September 2025, which was made possible by investments of 985 million roubles.

The enterprise will generate 87 jobs with wages exceeding 75,000 roubles and will generate sustained tax revenues in a consolidated budget of over 110 million roubles annually. Products released, including alumooxy catalysts and adsorbents, are destined for domestic petrochemical, oil refinery and gas complexes, allowing the import of similar products to be abandoned.

At the same time as the opening of REAL SORB, a symbolic first stone-throwing ceremony was held at the base of a new enterprise, the Industrial Packing. The event took place with the participation of representatives of regional authorities and company management.

The construction of the factory is the second stage of development of the Volga Polymer production complex. The first line of the enterprise is already functioning successfully by providing the country ' s leading companies with a modern polymer package. The start-up of the new plant is planned for 2027 with an investment of 438 million roubles. The project will create 93 new jobs and significantly increase output levels that meet international environmental standards.

In addition, in the first quarter of 2025, the second line of the GSM Prime plant was launched. High-power gas and diesel power plants (0.5-3 MW) are produced here. Products are aimed, inter alia, at providing electricity to hard-to-reach natural resource extraction areas where electricity supply from the central network is problematic. At this point, the plant has reached the project power through two technically unique projects.

(1) Energocomplex with a total capacity of 19.1 MW for the liquefied natural gas (LNG) factory in Ust-Lug. The final stage of production is the second project line, 7 diesel power stations with a single capacity of 2.5 MW. The equipment will be used in Russia ' s largest and the second largest CNG project in the world, the joint PAO Gazprom and the RousGaz Dobach Company.
(2) Energocomplex for the smooth operation of GRES-2, Rous Gedro, which provides electricity to about 80 per cent of the users of the central Yakuchi region. This is the first " Prim " project, which uses diesel generators with a single power of 3 MW. The total capacity of the complex at 9 MW is provided by the installation of three vehicles in a single area of three container blocks.

At this point, the equipment has been successfully tested and should be operated. FM Praim is the only factory in Russia that conducts comprehensive load tests for each power station. In addition to generating equipment, the plant operates a system for Rous Gedro for dispatching, electricity distribution and fuel storage. Thus, FMP Prime becomes one of the few in Russia and the only producer of integrated energy solutions in the region.

The implementation of these projects began with the signing of the agreements at the Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIF) in June 2023.

It is worth noting that the TEKO REAL SORB and the TPMS Prime are recipients of financial support for the construction of a total of 547.859 million roubles from the State Development Corporation of WEB.RF.

In 2024, the same enterprises received grants to recover the actual costs of the " 1,704 " infrastructure required for new investment projects. SMP Prime received 33,134,400 roubles for the construction and connection of the gas control unit to the gas distribution network, and the Réal Sorb PO received 281,800 roubles for the gas supply network.

The success of the projects has been achieved through the investment team of the region, which has implemented the Territory ' s Advanced Development Mechanism (TOR) in Tutaev. This special zone stimulates investment flows and helps to develop the region ' s infrastructure. Investing in industry supports the implementation of the national objectives set by the Government of the Russian Federation, including the improvement of productivity and the improvement of the quality of life of the population.
