The main economic event of the year in the region, the Yaroslava Industry Week, which began on 29 September, has now completed its work at the Millenium CPC. For the first time this year, the event took place in such a format, at the initiative of Governor Michael Evravev of the 15th, the Industrial Day was merged with the " Open Door Week " .

♪ We will be doing this increasingly, and next year the forum will be held for seven days. The purpose of the Industry Week is for the boys to choose their profession and future work so that our industrialists can find their future employees, and the universities and colleges are new students, said by the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, Michael Euroev. - The Jaroslav region is an industrial region. The industrial sector provides more than 30 per cent of gross regional product, 40 per cent of tax revenues to the budget. We have over 3,000 businesses employing more than 110,000 people, every third employed in the region. Our businesses are more proud and a growing generation has the opportunity to build a career in the Yaroslav region.

More than 80 organizations were represented in the Industry Week. Enterprises from 20 regions of Russia, Belarus and China participated in the subcontracts exchange, where cooperation negotiations were organized. In all, about 25,000 people were present at the exhibition sites. The head of the region thanked the organizers and all participants for their work.

In the street area and on the first floor of the Millenium CPC, industrial enterprises displayed their products. These include the Autodies PAO, the Rybin Plant, the Agatha Harrilov Engineering Company. Russia ' s largest snow and quadricycle manufacturer, Ruse Mechanics, has provided high-range and reliable technology, which is widely used for sport, hunting, fishing and work in difficult climatic conditions. The EnergoStroyMontage GS specializes in the production of soft-modile boilers, the installation of industrial equipment and the operation of coil and thermal networks. Several boilers have already been purchased for the Yaroslav region, and the enterprise has also set up designs for modular clinics in Yaroslav.

A member of the Fingo-complex exhibition, the largest Russian supplier of innovations in the area of gas treatment, becomes a tax resident of the region. The leaders of the region reported on the development of production by the head of the GS Polir, the Aronop Coffee Combine, the GS " Assembly " at the circumvention of the exhibition, and also showed new products. The head of the prosthetic and rehabilitation centre, Steoko, has indicated the expansion of activities, where assistance is provided by the PSB participants. The Red Beacon Jaroslava factory, with support from the Regional Industrial Development Fund, increased the production capacity of heavy industrial vibromotors to 4.5 thousand units per year.

On the second floor, the CDC had an exhibition of higher and secondary vocational education. The region ' s leading universities, including the YaGTU, the P.G. Demidov Jargo, the P.A. Soloviev RAG, the Yaroslav State Agrarian University, the Yaroslav Higher Military Academy for Air Defence and others, as well as industry colleges from all fields, familiarized young people with their educational programmes and the benefits of targeted training.

Following an examination of the cross-sector exhibition, Mikhail Evravev participated in a commemoration of the Industrial Week. The winners of the Yaroslav industry competition were awarded a ceremony. This is 21 companies from different branches of industry, and eight others are thankful to the Governor of the Jaroslav region.

♪ During the week, thousands of schoolchildren and students attended the region ' s productions and leading enterprises, with field trips for 900 organized groups only, and the first Vice-President of the Government of Dennis Hohrakov. - But we didn't limit ourselves to the exhibition. The guys were able to see all the living, planting real production sites. For those who have already made a choice, we have organized job fairs and interns. However, profiling is only one side of the event. A second, equally important outcome is a business effect for the economies of the region. More than 250 subcontracts were negotiated at an interregional exchange involving companies from Russia and Belarus. It's not just numbers, it's new cooperatives and real orders for our businesses. It is this, an integrated result, when we are both raising staff and stimulating business activity, and is the main practical benefit of the Industry Week.

Each day of the Forum was devoted to strategic industries: 29 September: engineering and transport; 30 September: chemical and construction; 1 October: agro-industry and tourism; 2 October: science, innovation and digitalization. The fifth day is devoted to the key challenges facing the regional business. The business programme was diverse and saturated.

A retreat of the working group of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on cooperation and subcontracting took place at the site of the Week of Industry, with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and the State of the Russian Federation in the framework of the project " Production and Automation Means " , as well as a round table on the procedures and characteristics of confirmation of production of Russian industrial products, in accordance with Government Decision No. 719, strategic sessions on interaction between science and business.

The National Partnership for Subcontracting Development and the Regional Subcontracting Centre held an interregional subcontract exchange on 3 October. Eleven businesses from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Jaroslav, Sverdlov and Rostov regions were registered as customers, and 53 companies from 29 FS regions and Belarus were executed as followers.

All five days in the Industry Week, the " Open Production " copy site was active. Her team, together with the Youth Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, prepared a diverse programme for schoolchildren, college students and universities. Managers and representatives of enterprises spoke about their work during the discussions of the Youth and Plant, participated in a series of " 100 questions to adults " interviews, as well as in TED presentations. Students ' teams in the Blitz Marathon Works have been working on their business assignments and have presented them to business specialists, surprisingly creative ideas.

In the course of the tours, schoolchildren and students were involved in the quictorines of " Guess Company " , " Carta Trade " , " panel discussions " with active employees of enterprises on " Youth and factory " and others.

Visits were conducted for students in the vocational training establishments tours in the production areas of Autodies, R-Farm Novoselki, Astron Bildings, the Yaroslav Polygraphic Companion and the Fabric Processes.

The Robot of Russia Staff Centre organized a vacancy fair, workshops were held for all those wishing to prepare an effective summary, training on how to interview, career vouchers and guidance. At the Internship Fair, human resources professionals reported on the opportunities for college and university students.

All interested have been able to obtain advice on public support and business development on special benches.

In the course of the week, the organizers awarded awards to the winners of the " Children ' s Prospects " , the " Best Sloan for the Yaroslava Industry " , the " Jaroslav industry " , as well as the thematic victors for the Yaroslav industry " .
