On 15 May 2024, an information seminar for taxpayers will be held in 10 a.m. of the Russian Federation ' s Inter-District IFF No. 5 on the Jaroslava Region. The event will address topics:

• Procedure for the pre-trial settlement of tax disputes. Procedure for submitting complaints (appeals) electronically on the TSS.
• The right of taxpayers to apply extenuating circumstances when applying for tax liability.
• Single tax bill. Single tax payment. Method of budget calculations for the application of ENAs. Recovery measures under ENA.
• The Russian FNS service is to help the taxpayer. Information services are available electronically through the TSS and through the Personal Offices. Information on tax arrears through MMS and e-mail.
