The Department of International Cooperation and Licensing in Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade of the Russian Federation reports that the selection of recipients from the federal budget has been initiated within the framework of State support for Russian organizations in order to compensate for the costs of certifying the conformity of Russian industrial products with the requirements of external markets in 2024 (hereinafter, the Selection, Support Measure, Grant).

Support is provided through the federal project " Industrial Exports " of the national project " International Cooperation and Exports " , in accordance with the Rules for the Provision of Grants from the Budget System of the Russian Federation, including Grants, Legal Persons, Individual Entrepreneurs and Individuals Producers of Goods, Works, Services approved by Decision No. 1780 of 25 October 2023 of the Government of 25 October 2003 as well as the Decision on the procedure for granting of the Russian Federation.

The grant shall be granted if the certification costs have been incurred not earlier than 1 January 2023, but when the medicines are certified in external markets not earlier than 2021, the existence of a certificate of conformity in force at the date of application, which was received not earlier than 1 July 2023 and no later than 30 June 2024, is a prerequisite for obtaining support.

As part of the support measures, exporters can reimburse up to 80 per cent of the costs of certification, and the organization ' s support limit may not exceed 300 million roubles per organization.

• Increased targeting of State support through reduction
  List of industrial products (exception of certain products
  from the perimeter of State support due to the introduction of flexible
  export customs duties in accordance with a Government Decision
  Russian Federation No. 1538 of 21 September 2023;
• 5 per cent of budget allocations
  on certification of products/materials in external markets,
  of the Democratic People ' s Republic of Korea,
  The People ' s Republic, the Zaporoz and Herson oblast, which guarantees
  Grants to producers in New Territories.
