The education programme is limited to those who plan
Under contract in the Russian Armed Forces
Federation. Prior to the beginning of the training, the citizen submits a statement to the centre
documentation for voluntary contributions
military service under contract. Upon receipt of the certificate of completion
A citizen is signing a contract with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. ♪
If this condition has been violated, the citizen shall be obliged to reimburse the Centre.
