As part of a working visit by the Plenipotentiary of the President of Russia to the Central Federal District of Igor Schegolev to the Yaroslav region, a meeting was held on the development of an enterprise support system. The event was attended by Governor Mikhail Evraev, members of the Government of the region, district heads, business representatives.

With the support of the President ' s Office, the Yaroslav Region has adopted a law on responsible businessEKG Rating is in place to evaluate it.

Igor Schegolev commended the region ' s work in that regard, noting the importance of a systemic approach, from the legislativeization of the status of responsible business to the practical application of ratings in procurement and dominance measures.

- In the Yaroslava region, the register of companies, responsible business, based on EKR Rating, has been published by Michael Evreev. - EKG Rating evaluates business on three fronts: environmental policy, personnel policy (pay level, social code) and interaction with the State (tax discipline, lack of judicial disputes). In fact, the more honest and stable the company works, the higher it is. Today, more than 530 companies in the region have the capacity to receive dominance in accordance with EKG Rating. These include loans and leasing, accelerated connectivity to engineering networks, and assistance in recruiting through the Employment Service.

The EKG Rating methodology has been developed by the President ' s Office in the FRF, with the support of Igor Schegolev.

♪ The rally is formed automatically on the basis of 47 indicators using open data from FN, FAS, Rosfinmonitoring and other agencies, which excludes the human factor, and noted the first Vice-President of the Government of the Jaroslava Region, Denis Hohrakov. - In order to register the region ' s responsible business, the company must meet the criteria: to work legally in the region, not to have tax debts, bankruptcy procedures, and to obtain the EKG rating level not below AA (91 points and above). Further questionnaires can be submitted by entrepreneurs to enhance their position, confirming their achievements.

Moreover, since the beginning of this year, a business reputation rating has been applied in procurement procedures in the region. It takes into account the cost, quantity and quality of contracts executed on the basis of objective data through a single information system. The higher the score, the more the company's chance to win the contest.

This initiative was presented at a meeting with President Vladimir Putin of Russia last January. The Head of State supported the proposal and asked to work on the scale of the business reputation rating to the federal level. This will help good business and create fair, transparent working conditions for entrepreneurs throughout the country.

At present, the law only provides for a black list of unscrupulous performers, there is no system of positive motivation for those who are qualitatively and on time.

Plans are to combine the evaluation of the business reputation of the completed contracts with the existing EKG-Rating and to establish this mechanism in the legal framework.
