By the end of the year, small and medium-sized businesses will be able to attract 180 billion roubles of credits with " zone-based " sponsorship. The SME Corporation provided 50 billion roubles to participating banks in the form of sponsorship limits to stimulate small and medium-sized business lending. An additional 40 billion roubles will also be provided upon request by credit organizations that have exhausted the time limit.

" Facilitating the transition in 2021 to the " zone-based " sponsorship mechanism has increased 13 times since 2020. At the same time, the second credit received comes from companies from the real economy: production, agriculture, transport and communications, science and technology. By covering up to 50 per cent of the amount of credit, sponsorship helps entrepreneurs to meet the bank ' s demands for bail " , noted by the Director-General of the SME Corporation, Alexander Isaevich.

In the fourth quarter, the SME Corporation ' s " ozone " sponsorship limit is distributed to partner banks, which will lend small and medium-sized businesses across the country using the funds received. Such credit organizations included Sberbank, Alpha Bank, Promszhlinkbank, TBank, SME Bank, Sowcombank, St Petersburg, RNCB, LEB, Uralcib, Rosbank, Absolute Bank, Zenith and DOM.

Small and medium-sized enterprises may also avail themselves of the opportunity to attract funding from regional banks. Their existing " umbrella " sponsorships of the SME Corporation are sufficient until the end of 2024.

" By thanking a large number of partner banks at both the federal and regional levels, entrepreneurs can use " zone-based " sponsorship anywhere in Russia. This tool facilitates business access to fair credit, added Alexander Isaevich.

We recall that the " zone-based " sponsorship mechanism has been developed and launched on behalf of President Vladimir Putin since September 2021. The support measure is being implemented within the framework of the Mala and Middle Entrepreneurship Project, which was initiated by the Head of State.
