Small and medium-sized companies from the light industry in 9 months of 2024 attracted concessional financing and with the sponsorship of the SME Corporation and regional guarantee organizations almost 21.4 billion roubles. However, more than 15.5 billion roubles of this amount were received by small and micro-enterprises, which were the most difficult to attract bank financing.

Compared to the same period last year, with the same level of support, the number of loans supported increased to 48 per cent. Companies attracted 1,390 loans.

SMEs from Moscow (3.7 billion roubles), Ivanov and Moscow region (2.8 billion roubles and 1.4 billion roubles), St. Petersburg (1.2 billion roubles), Smole province (1.0 billion roubles), Altai province, Sverdlov and Legorod (0.8 billion roubles).

" Small and medium-sized business, which produces clothing, tissue, leather products, received financial support for the expansion and development of production, acquisition of equipment, procurement of materials, noted by the Director-General of the SME Corporation, Alexander Isaevich. - Also, fashion and beauty entrepreneurs can be supported in marketing. The fourth selection of companies for the project was completed in September this year. This time, most of the applications came from the Primorsk region, the Tumen region and the Perm region.

The ISP sat project was launched in early 2024 to develop domestic clothing, footwear, accessories and cosmetics and is being implemented in accordance with the Mala and Middle Entrepreneurship Project.
