The Ministry of Trade of Russia, with a view to assisting the National Agency for the Development of Qualifications in the annual monitoring of the labour market, reports the following:

Annual monitoring of the labour market provides information on employers ' needs for skilled personnel, which can be used to develop federal and regional programmes, human resources forecasts, retraining of released workers, regulation of industrial clusters in regional labour markets, planning budget funding for training through the allocation of SCRs, current problems and future directions for employers ' and educational organizations ' interactions in addressing human resources issues

In view of the high social significance of the monitoring carried out by the Ministry of Commerce, the Russian Federation is requested to assist in informing industrial enterprises about the monitoring of the labour market from 1 October to 20 November 2024 and the placement of an electronic survey questionnaire for industrial enterprises at https://nark.ru/opros.

On questions relating to the completion of the questionnaire and the use of the information system, technical support for the National Qualifications Development Agency should be provided at e-mail mrt@nark.ru.
