Mikhail Evraev: " A year with stable and high socio-economic results "

In summary of 2025, the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, Michael Evreev, noted the continued sustainable development of the economy and social stability in the region.

♪ Completed a year with stable and high socio-economic outcomes. A key indicator is investment. Their capital stock shows a positive trend. In 2024, it was 176.7 billion roubles, and in the 2025s, experts estimated it would be 190 billion roubles. This is a significant figure, both industry and APC and tourism and construction contributed to the outcome. This speaks of business confidence and the interest of business partners in joint projects, reported by Michael Evereev. - According to preliminary data, the gross regional product of 2025 will for the first time exceed trillion roubles, which confirms the steady development of the economy.

Federal experts noted the success of the region ' s economic performance. Expert RA has confirmed the credit rating of the Jaroslava region at the ruA level with a stable forecast. There has been an increase in the share of manufacturing investment (up to 43 per cent) through the upgrading of fixed assets of existing enterprises and the construction of new production facilities. Industrialization sites and areas of advance development in Tutayev, Rostov Great and Gavrilov Yama are working effectively.

Also, Expert RA points to the comfort level of budget and debt balance.

♪ The Jaroslava region is considered a region with good governance, financially sustainable, and investors are increasingly choosing us for new projects, noted by Michael Evreev. - There are now 86 major investment projects with a total of 425 billion roubles. As a result, 27,000 jobs are planned.

The industrial production index at the beginning of December was 101.3 per cent, and the agricultural production index was 103.1 per cent. More than 932,000 square metres of housing were built. The average monthly wage in January-August was 7,1337 roubles and increased by 14 per cent over the same period last year. It is planned to exceed 75,000 roubles per year.

This year, the rationalization of the management system has significantly increased the salaries of the educational complexes: nurses, service staff and support staff. Income growth was between 45 and 60 per cent. The salaries of all categories of medical personnel have increased.

System-wide work to raise fiscal revenues continues. Payments under the Social Code of the Jaroslava Region are indexed by 5.1 per cent.

In addition to rising incomes, the poverty rate has declined steadily. In four years, the proportion of the population with incomes below the subsistence minimum declined from 8.7 to 6.7%.

♪ Socio-economic indicators reflect the balanced development of the region, Mihail Evreev said. - Traditional industrial enterprises continue to operate, investment attractiveness of the territories is increasing, new jobs are created, small and medium-sized businesses are developing. The living standards of people are growing. The Jaroslav region has 46th place in the country, with a percentage of workers with wages above the Russian average.

The 2026 budget of the region remains social. Almost half of the total expenditure - 74.3 billion roubles - is for education, health, social support, culture and sports. Funds have also been invested in infrastructure development, security and assistance to municipalities. Over the next three years, some 1.8 billion roubles are planned to support industry and investment in the region.

Federal support for various programmes in the Yaroslav region will be over 71 billion roubles in the next three years.
