A meeting of the Investment Commission was held today, 5 February, in the Government of the region under the leadership of Governor Michael Evravev. Representatives of investors and the Jaroslava Development Corporation participated.

♪ A number of important projects that would contribute significantly to the region ' s development were approved by Michael Evravev. In general, today, 86 investment projects worth 425 billion roubles are in the Yaroslav region, which will create 27,000 new jobs. Areas in nine industrial parks, over 50,000 hectares of land and 300,000 square metres of prefabricated space are available for business. Investment projects play a key role in the region ' s economic growth, and we will continue to create a climate of comfort for engaging businesses in the Yaroslav region.

One of the projects supported is the construction of a universal sports complex in Jaroslavl on Panin Street, between Leningrad and Trufanov Street. More than 80 million roubles will be invested by the AUC Aurora. The Universal Clothing Sports Room will offer classes and competitions on volleyball, basketball, gandball, tennis, Badminton, artistic gymnastics and other sports. The complex also includes cafeteria, playgrounds, gym, locker rooms, shower cables. At the same time, sports staff will travel 100 to 120. The building will be equipped with a video surveillance system.

A quarter of the time of the new age will be available free of charge for school sports schools and sections.

A number of sports complexes are already operating, and the construction of the new will create a multifunctional space for different sports.

The second project is aimed at developing a road service on the federal M8. Investments from the Red Beacon Company of 345 million roubles will create a modern transport complex in the village of Liva Rostov District with a café, shop, sales rows for farmers ' products, recreational zones and a car service station. There is also a logistics centre and site for activities focusing on the achievements of APC in the Yaroslav region.

Tensor operates an integrated IT park project in Yaroslav. Total investment increased from 3 to 8 billion roubles. An office building, a kindergarten, a leisure centre, a parking area will be built. In parallel, the company operates a large data centre, as well as a reliable electricity supply centre.

In Rybinsk, on the street of Chkalov, Tensor is building an IT centre. The target is scheduled for delivery at the end of 2026.
