Governor Mikhail Evraev and President Peter Fradkov of the PSS in Rostov, Great, signed a cooperation agreement that consolidated earlier agreements on a planned change in the bank ' s legal and tax registry address.

The document covers a five-year period and provides for a set of activities to build new infrastructure for the relocation of more than 5,000 bank and family members and the necessary social infrastructure: kindergartens, schools and health facilities, sports infrastructure. The relocation plan, as well as related initiatives, will aim at creating an enabling environment for the region ' s overall economic and social development.

♪ Cooperation with the Jaroslav region is of strategic importance to the PSS. There is already a major service centre in the field, and the total number of our staff here is the third in the country after Moscow and St. Petersburg. The region is familiar with the bank and is a promising area for investment and social projects, the relocation of a number of PPB units will have a positive impact on the socio-economic sphere, help attract additional funding in the region ' s commercial and socially meaningful projects, and will have a multiplier effect on all aspects of life and the economy. The movement of large numbers of staff with families will take several years and many logistical, infrastructural and human resources issues, including the construction of the necessary office and living spaces, and we have already begun to develop the concept of integrated territorial development, have commented on the signature of Petr Fradkov.

Following the signing of the agreement, Mikhail Evraev and Petr Fradkov visited the Rostov creml. The head of the region outlined plans to develop the city of the Golden ring. There is a considerable amount of renovation work to be done for the buildings ' facades, some of them are already ready for design and design documents. The Soviet area and the Soviet alley, the streets of Marshal Alexeiev and 50 years of Oktyabrya, part of Karl Marx Street and the stone bridge will be pedestrians. The project provides an area of events for cultural and mass events, the establishment of a trade zone, fairs and markets, the construction of skills and recreational places. There are plans to build a centre for cultural development in a city with a big vision and to create its own professional theatre.

It has been noted that Rostov Greaty is one of the cities where the bank can participate in tourism and social projects.
