Michael Evravev reported to Vladimir Putin on the development results of the Yaroslav region

At a meeting with the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, Governor of the Yaroslav region, Mihail Evravev, reported on the main socio-economic indicators of development in the region.

The Governor noted that the Yaroslav region ' s economy showed steady growth: the gross regional product increased by an average of 12 per cent per annum, and in plans to overcome the one trillion roubles.

In 2024 alone, 176.7 billion roubles of investment were engaged, and the physical investment index in the region was three times higher than the Russian average.

The Jaroslav region budget is socially oriented and income grows every year, with 84.3 billion roubles at the beginning of 2021, and 144.7 billion roubles at the beginning of 2025. For the year 2026, the income of the regional budget is planned to be 1,55.7 billion roubles.

Debt burdens are declining, indicating that financial sustainability is being strengthened effectively. All 8.2 billion roubles of municipal commercial debts have been paid.

Federal experts previously noted the positive dynamics of the region ' s economic performance. Expert RA confirmed the credit rating of the Jaroslava region at the ruA level with a stable forecast. There has been an increase in the share of investment in manufacturing through the modernization of fixed assets of existing enterprises and the construction of new production facilities.

Budgeters ' salaries have been indexed by 30 per cent and all social payments have been increased. The increase in wages in the region is twice as high as inflation, with the poverty rate falling from 8.7 to 6.7 per cent in three to four years. In the Yaroslava region, the MPL in 2026 is 30,000 roubles, more than the federal, which is 27,000.

An important area of work is the employment of returnees. In the region, there are about 2,000 vacancies from organizations. Enterprises pay funds for the improvement of jobs for people with limited health opportunities - 200,000 roubles.

All benefits and support measures for special operations are collected in one law. The Geroi Yaroslavia programme is in operation, similar to the federal heroic time, the project of the adaptive sport, the Jaroslavs, has already won gold in all Russian competitions. A regional medal of honour and glory has been established. She was first received by a translator, Hero of Russia, a member of the SVR called Nevski.

There are 86 major investment projects in the region, involving 27,000 jobs. Total investments - 425 billion roubles. In the year, the number of small businesses has increased by 10 per cent and is now 51,000.

In the Jaroslava region, 100 per cent of agricultural land is digitized, contributing to sustainable agriculture and environmental protection. There are also new productions, such as food packages in Rostov Great, pharmacy and medicine packages in Pereslav-Zales, industrial falsace in Jaroslav, single-time wood dishes in Danilova and others.

One of the main areas of development in the Yaroslav region is tourism. As a result of 2025, the region entered the top-10 in Russia on the tourist attraction index and the top-3 in the CFF, as well as the top 10 areas for summer rest. The demand for a new year trip increased by 52 per cent.

Systematic work is being done to increase the turpotential. Two-storey buses built on the Jaroslava Verfia of the Beloyar electrokatamaran are under development at the Golden Ring Airport. The modernization of public transport is also continuing, with 1,250 new vehicles in the region this year, and major repairs to the Volga bridge in Rybinsk, which has painted the architectural light.

At the meeting, Vladimir Putin stressed the importance of monitoring health facilities. Some 50 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget to repair hospitals. An additional 40 million roubles are being repaired to the interior hospital areas. In two years, 15 hospitals have benefited from 150 million roubles.

Also, 1 billion roubles from the federal budget are allocated annually for the renovation of provincial polyclinics and their equipping with modern equipment as part of the programme to modernize the primary level of the " Long and Active Life " project. In 2025, 79 sites were renovated. These include the physiotherapy unit of the Semashko Hospital, the children ' s clinic at No. 3 in Yaroslav, the clinic at Pirokov Hospital in Rybinsk. Work has been done in the Pereslav CRB and the Uglic child clinic.

Between 2022 and 2025, eight schools were built in the region on 4,285 places, a sleeping unit for war and labour veterans in the Negro District, a surgical corps of the provincial oncological hospital, a children ' s clinic in Yaroslav, 44 FA Pa and ambulatoria, a volley hospital in Yaroslav, a modern IT school, Scholav 21, A project for the creation of a world-class " Mercure " campus in Rybinsk was also prepared.

In addition, the region has consistently implemented the transition to electronic medicine, the polyclinic has been extended to 22 hours, new measures have been taken to motivate women in young ages and to establish large families. A week of open school doors, colleges and enterprises for schoolchildren has become a traditional one, which promotes early choice of profession and enables enterprises to meet human resources.
