The Ministry of the Russian Federation, together with the Ministry of Digifra of the Russian Federation, is undertaking systemic work to develop the mobile application of the State Services. The annex now has a new function, a collective application. This is a joint online address for neighbours, which will facilitate interaction between proactive tenants and the management organization.

" The Collective Application is an important instrument for the involvement of neighbours in the home. It will bring together the owners of a multi-family home to address the most important issues related to the activities of the administering organization. The new functionality is also an advantage for the governing organizations, and now there is no need to form responses to several one-time requests, because the neighbours will send one message from the house. In addition, the collective application will make the applications of the residents more structured and bring the most important issues to the forefront " , the Deputy Minister of Construction and the HKH RF Constantin Mihailik.

In order to establish a collective application, it is necessary to simply put a " tie " in the drafting of a petition to the Gossom Service. Once a collective application has been sent to other owners, a public notice will be sent to Gosuzlga. The house and they will be able to join it under the " Neighborhoods " section. In order to attract more owners, it is possible to share with the neighbours a reference to a collective application at the VK Messenger chat house.

A collective applicant can send her to the governing organization when at least another owner joins it. The application ' s functionality also leaves the application if it becomes inaccurate. When the governing organization responds, all the neighbors will receive a public notice.

To take advantage of the new function, we need to update the Gosu-service application. Authorized in the annex can be obtained through a certified record on the Gosuschorg portal. The Annex is based on the State Information System of the CCF (GIS ZH). The digital solution is developed by the Information System Operator, with the support of the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Russia.

In the Yaroslav region, the functional application is already used more than
61,000 residents.
