The Minister of Economic Development, Maxim Rechetnikov, commended the economic potential of the Yaroslav region

Today, 24 March, the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, Michael Evreev, presented at a working meeting with the Russian Minister for Economic Development, Maxim Rechetnikov, the economic potential of the region, the development of the TB, major investment and tourism projects.

Maxim Rechetnikov noted dynamic development and commended the economic potential of the Yaroslav region.

♪ The Yaroslav region is one of the polyder regions in terms of investment growth, which we have three times higher than the Russian average, reported by Mikhail Evrev. There are 86 major investment projects in the region, with a total investment of almost 425 billion roubles, and more than 27,000 jobs are planned. Make maximum efforts to attract investors and create a climate of comfort for business development. I thank Maxim Gennadievich for helping, supporting and commending our dynamics, which are the result of the systemic work of recent years.

As a result, 21 investment agreements with a total of 90 billion roubles were signed. Also in the Yaroslav region, 7 billion roubles have been devoted to investing in five years. Tax exemptions have been established for pre-development residents and priority investment project proponents.

New investment projects started in 2023 - 2024 began a separate area of support. Subsidies have been provided from the regional budget for the cost of construction of engineering and transport infrastructure.

New high-tech productions have been launched in the region, such as the Real Sorb Enterprise Adsorbents and the second line of the Praim FM plant, and the active development of the business infrastructure, the Novoselki and Totayev Industrial Parks, is being prepared for a full-scale Ozon logistics centre.

Tourism is a key area of economic development in the Yaroslav region. The tour has doubled in recent years and 13.2 million visitors have visited the 2025th region. Systematic work is under way to develop tourism infrastructure, including the national project on " Tourism and hospitality " initiated by President Vladimir Putin.

For the period 2025 to 2027, the region received a single State grant totalling 582.8 million roubles.

In addition, 16 investment projects have been approved as part of public support for investment projects to establish modular non-capital housing: between 2025 and 2027, there are 1.5 billion roubles in the Yaroslav region. A total of 1,032 numbers are planned for entry.

Under the concessional lending programme, eight hotel investment projects are being implemented throughout the region, as well as a large investment project with a total of over a million visits per year. The total cost of projects is 35.6 billion roubles, including, for example, a multifunctional complex with the Ludi-Riba boutique, as well as an aquatermous complex.

Work is under way with other regions to advance the brand " Russian Gold ring " .

For the Yaroslav region, the legendary route is of particular importance. Four out of nine cities are located in the region: Jaroslavl, Rostov Velik, Pereslav-Zales, Uglić.

In 2025, the route became national, and since that year, it has included additional localities in the Jaroslava region, including the towns of Mashkin, Uglić, Rybinsk, Tutayev, Vita, Godenovo, the village of Karabakh, as well as the national park " Next Lake " . Now travelers can visit and see more attractions.

Also in the region, the development of cross-regional road routes, the programme for the development of auto-tourism, under the special supervision of the Government of the Yaroslav region, continues.
