The Ministry of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, together with the Autonomous Non-Profit Export Centre of the Jaroslava Region, regularly works to promote external economic activities in the region.
The work is organized within the framework of the national projects on international cooperation and export and on " Small and medium-sized enterprise " initiated by the President of Russia.
The Ministry of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region holds quarterly meetings of the Export Council at the Governor of the Yaroslav region.
In 2024, the Ministry held 3 meetings of the Export Council of the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, with the participation of exporters ' leaders, the executive branch of the Yaroslav region, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Russian Export Centre, the Federal Customs Service of Russia, the leading universities of the region and institutions of support for foreign economic activities. The Board ' s meetings addressed the following issues:
1. Key areas of implementation of the national project " International Cooperation and Exports " , the presentation of public support services on the MoE export platform and other instruments to support export capacity, the promotion of regional merchandise products in the sectoral markets of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Actual export issues under current conditions, export support measures, trade and economic cooperation opportunities with the Republic of Armenia, trade and economic cooperation opportunities with the Republic of Uzbekistan.
On 10 May 2024, the International Exhibition " Rosia " (Ms. Moskva, UDP territory) held a national priority day on international cooperation and exports. Members of the Ministry of Investment and Industry of the Yaroslava Region have been organized by representatives of Fingo-Complex industry and SIBAIK. At the event, participants demonstrated successful exported products and thematic videos on the general wall of the Yaroslav region.
On 3 July 2024, an event was held in Moscow (Territory of the NDA) bypassing Russian trade representatives abroad, Pavilion No. 75, under the Sixth Annual Trade Representatives Week. The event was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation on the " fields " of the International Exhibition of Russia. With the assistance of the Ministry of Investment and Industry of the Yaroslava Region, the personnel of the OO ' s Repeat Renovation Plant and the FINGO-Complex Company were represented. FINGO representatives met with trade representatives from India, Bulgaria and others, and exchanged contacts for further mutually beneficial cooperation.

In June 2024, at the initiative of the Jaroslav Regional Office of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, with the active support of the Ministry of Investment and Industry of Jaroslav province and the Export Centre of the Jaroslav region, a Regional Centre for International Settlements of Foreign Traders of the Yaroslav Region was established. This is an effective platform to provide timely information and advice to organizations engaged in external economic activities and difficulties in organizing payments with foreign counterparts. More than 10 individual consultations were held during the 3 quarter of 2024, with specific mechanisms for international accounting.
A management team for export development has also been established in the region. The management team is developing, updating and monitoring the Yaroslav Export Development Programme.
In October 2024, the management team received advanced training on " External economic activities and customs clearance of goods " . The annual training of the team is a mandatory tool for the implementation of Regional Export Standard 2.0 in the Yaroslav region.
