Since 28 December 2024, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia has been conducting a competitive selection of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation under the State programme " Tourism development " , as well as the national project " Turism and hospitality " , which is co-sponsored by Vice-Primierre Dmitri Chernashenko, which is intended to carry out investment projects on the establishment of modular non-capable accommodation in 2025-2027.

Purpose: Grants from the federal budget of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to co-finance the spending obligations of the country ' s regions to provide legal persons (except for non-profit organizations that are State (municipal) institutions) and individual entrepreneurs from the budget of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation to finance and (or) reimburse the costs of the acquisition and installation of modular non-capital accommodation facilities in investment projects.
