The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, as part of the national project " Tourism and hospitality " , is conducting a competitive selection for a three-year single tourism grant to the regions, from the 2025th to 2027th. Its annual size will be 9 billion roubles.

A single subsidy may be directed towards the installation of beaches and national tourist routes, including the construction and installation of navigational elements on such routes and the establishment of tourist information centres.

Funds can also be used for the acquisition of tourist equipment and equipment, the establishment of campesinos and the acquisition of camping tents, and the implementation of projects for the installation of city tourist centres. In addition, non-capital primary facilities can be built with such support and activities undertaken to promote the tourism potential of the subject.

Application opening: 7 November 2024, end of application, 6 December 2024

Purpose: Provision and distribution of subsidies to entities of the Russian Federation for the implementation of activities (outputs) that achieve the " Track of travel " , to be determined by entities of the Russian Federation on their own within the following areas:

(a) Public support for public initiatives and projects of legal persons (with the exception of non-profit organizations which are public (municipal) institutions) and individual entrepreneurs aimed at the development of tourism infrastructure;
(b) Supporting and promoting events aimed at tourism development in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation;
(c) Projects for the development of the public territory of municipal education, including activities (sults) for the establishment of the city ' s tourist centre in the territory of municipal education in accordance with the city ' s tourist code;
(g) Implementation of projects for the establishment of non-capital tourist infrastructure facilities in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, covering areas of one or more federal roads, M-4 Dong, M-8 Holmogora, M-11 Nova, M-12 Vostok.

In accordance with the methodological recommendations adopted by Order No. 27 of 22 January 2024 of the Ministry of Economic Development, funds may be directed to:

Acquisition of equipment, including equipment, tools, equipment, recreational goods designed to provide tourist activities and increase accessibility for persons with disabilities;
Manufacture and installation of elements of the national tourist navigation system;
Installation or installation of tourist information centres (non-capital construction forms);
Creation of camping and camping facilities, as well as acquisition of camping tents and other types of equipment used for the organization of stay (the bed), including housing and recreational areas, sanitation facilities (the public domain), access for persons with disabilities, visual information system and navigation;
Creation of non-capital unstable primary infrastructure;
Organizing round-trip operations and increasing the availability of swimming pools, including the acquisition of heating systems, heat exchange devices and the acquisition of mobile laden devices for persons with disabilities;
Projects aimed at creating and developing an accessible tourist environment for persons with disabilities, promoting inclusive tourism, including boarding, lifting, adaptation and other activities to create a barrier-free environment, an environment for persons with visual and hearing disabilities, etc.
