The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, based on the Higher School of Public Administration of the Presidential Academy, has launched a professional training programme on the preparation of social transformation teams.

The training is part of the Presidential Programme on Retraining Management Personnel. The first flow started on September 30.

" This year, the President of Russia has been instructed to improve the efficiency of the social sphere and to introduce the technology of servitude. The Ministry of Economic Development has launched an additional educational programme for this purpose. Today, more than 8 million people in Russia need social services. Given the scarcity of staff in the regions, it is important to develop work well and implement effective management mechanics. Our programme includes all necessary tools to meet these challenges. More than 200 specialists from 30 regions of Russia will be trained in two flows.” The Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Tatiana Ilyushnikov, reported.

The programme ' s objectives are to develop strategic initiatives for the social development of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, to familiarize itself with the best regional practices, to collect social information boxes, and to create opportunities for the exchange of best practices and experiences.

The programme is implemented in two in-kind formats. The final phase of the training will be the piloting of a practical project, the development of strategic initiatives for the social development of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
