In the context of the region ' s individual development programmes, 15,000 jobs have been created, representing 98 per cent of the plan until the end of the year. The investment plan is overstretched: the regions attracted 111 billion roubles. That's a third more than expected. Poverty rates, unemployment on average in dozens of regions are halved faster than in the country. This was reported by the Minister of Economic Development of Russia, Maxim Rechetnikov, during a meeting with the Government of the President of the Russian Federation.

Over the next five years, the priority of new individual regional development programmes remains: 98 per cent of their funding will support the economy. Projects to be supported will bring 300 billion roubles of investment to regions and create 18,000 jobs.

" The programme budget allocations for 2025-2026 are set at 10 billion annually. The funds will be concentrated in one State programme, the Economic Development and Innovation Economy. On the recommendation of the Court of Accounts, the Minister informed the Secretary of State of the Uniform Rules on Grants to bring them to the regions in a timely manner.”

Vrio Secretary Gensovet, President of Urfo Vladimir Yakushev, noted that individual regional development programmes took an important place in the " One Russia " People ' s Programme. The Party ensures budget funding and monitors implementation.

" With regard to the new programmes, One Russia is actively involved in their formation. In this work, we rely primarily on proposals and feedback from land. As a result of contacts with businesses and regions, proposals were prepared and sent to the Government. This is also the bottom-up of activities that have already shown results and the launch of new, important solutions for local economies. All draft programmes are discussed in detail at the Minek site. New directions are being developed in the light of the positive experience of the implementation of the IDP " , said Vladimir Yakushev.

He also stressed that the implementation of individual development programmes was supported by the entire membership, and noted that special conditions and additional tools were needed for the IPR regions to support the implementation of the projects.

" This will accelerate the socio-economic development of the 10 selected entities and enhance the impact of the programmes produced. Most importantly, to improve the living conditions of our citizens " , Vladimir Yakushev noted.

Maxim Rechetnikov stressed that IDP funds would be geared towards lifting infrastructure constraints, and special economic zones were being planned.

IDP funds will be directed, including the rehabilitation of small and medium-sized business support infrastructure, regional industrial development funds, and tourism and agriculture development. Industrialization, industrial parks and technology parks are planned and developed.
