Small and medium-sized businesses entered into more than 667,000 procurement contracts in 9 months of 2024 for 223-FZ. Their total volume exceeded 6.2 trillion roubles. It grew by 62 per cent compared to the same period last year. At present, companies with a State are obliged to purchase goods and services from SME suppliers within the framework of the Government ' s quota, compliance is ensured by the SME Corporation and regional governments.

“Purchase of government companies gives small and medium-sized businesses access to a stable market for goods and services. In a total of one and a half years of operation of the mechanism in Russia, with the participation of the SME Corporation, 11 off-site contracts for 223-FZ have been concluded for more than 6 billion roubles, while small and medium-sized businesses invested in productive activities amounted to 1.39 billion roubles.

Seven off-site contracts have already been delivered. For example, 40,000 transponders have already been delivered to Autodore-Platto Roads. Under another OAO OFnet Treaty, RWC received small mechanization in its planned 2024 volumes. Almost 86.5 tons of flammable turbine oil were produced and commissioned by the InterRAO companies. As part of an off-site contract with the Rosgeo AO, the supply of drilling pipes and diamond drilling equipment began.
