MSLing, a subsidiary structure of the SME Corporation, increased concessional leasing support for small production businesses to 2 billion roubles after the first half of 2024, almost twice that of 2023.

Among the regions most actively benefiting from the concessional programme, Moscow region (293 million roubles), St. Petersburg (179 million roubles), and Chelyabin (102 million roubles), Kalyska (98 million roubles) and Sverdlov province (80 million roubles).

" The SME Corporation will continue to provide the necessary leasing support to companies investing in the expansion and modernization of their production. It is essential to support productive SMEs, which are the drivers of economic development. Lung leasing enables them to acquire the necessary machines and equipment at low rates. The industry structure of the recipients of the concessional leasing in the TPP includes engineering and metal processing (48 per cent), chemical (14%), food (100 per cent), light industry (6%), said the Director-General of the SME Corporation, Alexander Isaevich.

Liquid leasing finance at 6 to 8 per cent of the entrepreneur ' s rates can be obtained from 500,000 roubles to 50 million roubles for 13 months to 7 years. Payment of leasing payments begins after equipment is delivered. When using RPG sponsorship, the initial contribution would be 0 per cent of the cost of equipment. The application can be made remotely through the digital platform of ICP.RF.
