A major investment project to build a modern diagnostic and rehabilitation centre is planned for implementation in Yaroslav. The initiator and the investor are our leading industrial enterprise, the AO, the Yaroslav Technical Carbon, V.J. Orlov. Total investments will be 1.2 billion roubles. Construction is planned for 2026.

The new health centre will be located on the university street and will provide highly skilled assistance in a number of areas: surgery, therapy, gynaecology, dermatology, allergology, immunology, ophthalmology, offinolaringology, endocrinology, neurology and rehabilitation. Its main objective is to improve the quality of life of people through early diagnosis, effective treatment and modern reconstruction.

The project will not only directly benefit human health, but will also have a positive impact on the development of the region. 180 new jobs will be created, with an additional 210 million rubies in the consolidated budget of the region in five years. The construction of the centre will also contribute to the creation of a comfortable urban environment.

We will, on the part of the Government, delineate the land area, the Development Corporation of the Jaroslava Region will accompany and provide the necessary assistance at all stages of the investment project. I thank the Yugoslav technical carbon for its active participation in meaningful social initiatives. The project will be an important step in strengthening the region ' s health system and increasing access to modern health care for all its inhabitants.
