The State Register of Cultural Heritage has included the Corps of the Vahrameev Tobacco Factory in the Nerasov Street, 41, 5, in Yaroslav. This was reported by the Governor of the Jaroslava Region, Michael Evreev.

♪ This building of the late nineteenth century has a unique history. His walls are remembered by the merchant age and the harsh war years when the Leningrad industry was evacuated here and the development of industry in Soviet times, Mikhail Evreev noted. Despite the shift in activities and additional construction, façades retained their historical composition and architecture. The inclusion of the building in the cultural heritage register will preserve its uniqueness.

As the head of the Cultural Heritage Service of the Yaroslav Region of Svetlan Ahintsev, the building is included in the State Single Register of Cultural Heritage Sites as a regional monument.

The Corps was built in the 1880s - 1890s by the Jaroslava Purchase Fedor Vahrameev and served as a production facility for the tobacco factory. At the beginning of the twentieth century, a single-stage hull was attached to the building, which was used for a slurry and power plant until 1906. The second floor was built during the Soviet period, a two-storey hospital building was built, the northern and central parts of the building were connected with a two-storey brick.

In 1928, the Sergo Ordzhonikidze Chairman ' s personal order handed over a shoe factory to the Severovod. In the 1930s, reconstruction and expansion were carried out to adapt to new production. During the Great Patriotic War, two Leningrad productions, sewing and cabling, were evacuated to the corps.

In general, more than 120 monuments have been included in the State since the beginning of the year in the region of Jaroslav. At the same time, investors are being sought to invest in the rehabilitation of historical buildings and their introduction into business. In 2025, five cultural heritage sites in regional property were sold and 23 in the municipality.

Investors willing to restore cultural monuments, the State offers concessional loans. The rate for such projects is 9 per cent annual. Six banks participate in the programme: Sberbank, WTB, Alpha Bunk, Sovcombank, DOM.RF Bank and the State Development Corporation, WEB.RF.
