The SME Corporation and the High School of Business of NIS have launched a special education programme for mature small technology business, " Rapid growth based on innovation: a skeiler for future champions " .

" More than 20 owners and managers of small technology companies from Moscow and Moscow, St. Petersburg, Central Russia and Montenegro, Voljya, Urala, have received additional education. The proceeds of the skeiler companies range from 90 million to 1.6 billion roubles, with a value exceeding 12 billion roubles. The highest growth rate shown by one of the participating companies in 2021-2023 was 143%. A further 5 is higher than 100 per cent under the terms of the programme, the proceeds must be not less than 50 million roubles and the average annual growth rate should be 10 per cent.

Programme participants, whose companies and management experience meet the criteria established by the SME Corporation, received support in the form of co-financing 60 per cent of the cost of training.

Participants include IT developers, industrial equipment manufacturers, chemical industry, producers and producers of agricultural products and others.

Programme participants will need to improve their competences to market new products and technologies, to build productive cooperation, to scale up production and management systems, to mobilize support tools and resources from strategic investors.
