Who needs a CAT code

CAT relates to one of the organization ' s mandatory audits. Discrypted as " reasons for recording " . This set of figures, which provides additional information on the company: the registration region, the tax inspection number, for which reason the taxpayer and the other were recorded.

As is the case with the NPI, the CAT is automatically assigned, but unlike the latter is not unique, the code may overlap between companies. Moreover, it has the properties of changing the yuradres, opening new units. I mean, it doesn't work to identify counterparts. Use the NIS or the GPR to verify the counterparty.

CAT audits are available in many business documents. However, it is not assigned to the PPI and the physically. This field is filled only with organizations.

CAT meets the following documents:

Tax declarations
Payables
invoices, invoices, etc.
The CPT consists of nine signs, most often numerals. For the first four, the region and the inspection number of the FNS, which has been registered, are available. The fifth and sixth signs are the cause of the count. This may be the location of the company (01 code), the location of the vehicle (e.g. sea, river or aircraft), real estate, subsidiaries, etc. Codes from 01 to 50 are assigned to Russian companies, from 51 to 99 to foreign companies. The latest figures in the organization ' s CAT are the registration number, starting from 001.

It is possible to recognize the organization ' s CAT in an EGRUL discharge. The identification of the organization will require an NPI, a GDG or a legal name. Information is provided under " Accounting in the Tax Authority " .

Immediately after receipt of the new code, it is desirable to notify the counterparts of the changes in the company ' s requisitions. In addition, changes to the software used are necessary to make documents more user-friendly and correct when they are replaced. Indeed, this code is not a substantive condition, so its incorrect statement or absence would not be considered a ground for invalidity of treaties.
