The Yaroslav paper will upgrade the production of half a billion roubles
The Yaroslav paper AO invests some 500 million roubles in the development of paper-based production in Yaroslav. The funds will be devoted to the construction of a new facility and the purchase of equipment.
♪ The Yaroslav producer of paper and paperboard will increase the capacity through the implementation of the Investment Project to build a new production capacity of up to 100,000 tons per year. The products of the cecha will be used in the production process of the Yaroslav paper, reported by the Governor of the Yaroslav region, Michael Evreev. - The company specializes in cardboard and paper production from all secondary raw materials. Since 2003, more than one million tons of maculature have been processed in the enterprise. Such projects contribute to the preservation of the environment and the rational use of its resources, which enables the implementation of the objectives of the National Environmental Well-being Project.
As the director-general of Ilya Dozenko said, the construction will be located on a new site adjacent to the main enterprise. Project design documents are being developed. Funding for the project will be provided from the self-funding of the AO of the Yugoslav Paper.
Ten new jobs are planned. The enterprise has a high degree of automation and high productivity.
More than 1 billion roubles had previously been sent to upgrade. The agreement was also concluded at the Petersburg International Economic Forum. As a result, production capacity increased by 40 per cent, paper and paper production increased from 50 to 70,000 tons per year.
In addition, the enterprise has been able to improve production efficiency through a national project on labour productivity. With the assistance of specialists from the Regional Competence Centre, the time spent on work has been reduced by 5 per cent, the marriage has decreased by 60 per cent, and labour productivity has increased by 5 per cent.
Last year ' s output exceeded 3 billion roubles. The enterprise employs 155 people.
The company is certified under the Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Voluntary Forest Certification " Flash Reference " .
In 2021, the Yaroslav paper AO received a grant of 10 million roubles for the reimbursement of part of the cost of acquiring new equipment under the State programme " Industry development in the Yaroslav region and enhancing its competitiveness " for 2021-2027.
A number of awards have been awarded to the company, including the " Best Industrial Enterprise of the Jaroslava Region " , the " Socially Responsible Industrial Enterprise of the Yaroslava Region " and others.
Also within the framework of the MIPF, an agreement was signed with the Diazoni GS to implement a 4,000 square metres project for the production of anti-adgestion films and paper in Perslav Zales. The total investment will be at least 450 million roubles. The project provides for 30 jobs. The construction is scheduled to be completed before the end of 2030. The Government of the Jaroslava Region will assist the investor through existing public support measures.
