The Committee of the State Duma on Economic Policy, meeting on Friday, 11 October, considered the State programme " Economic development and innovation economy " for the budget cycle 2025-2027.

According to the Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Denis Typsev, the State programme is one of the most diverse. It comprises 21 participants and 27 structural elements, including a new national project to be launched in 2025, the " Efficient and Competitive Economy " , as well as the International Cooperation and Export Initiative, the Family.

The programme aims to achieve 12 key indicators, including an increase in fixed capital investment (39 per cent by 2020), the creation of 121,700 new jobs, including through individual regional development programmes, an increase in the earnings of small technology companies to 710.2 billion roubles and others. It is planned that the funding of the State programme will be 256.2 billion roubles for 2025, more than this year by 17.4 billion. For a total of three years, 618 billion roubles have been allocated to the State programme.

The bulk of the public expenditure is charged with the project " Efficient and Competitive Economy " . Funds will focus on sustainable economic development based on competition, entrepreneurship and private initiative. All public objectives, top-level indicators, federate activities are aimed at achieving the stated goal of the National Project, noted the heads of the Ministry of Economic Development.

He detailed the key parameters of the government programme, including federal projects on SMEs, productivity, investment promotion, technological enterprise development, and low-carbon development and others.

" Our public programme is comprehensive. Even if they do not have a monetary dimension, its activities have a proper impact on the achievement of its objectives. In general, the activities of the National Project and the State programme take into account the response to existing sanctions restrictions, as well as the current conditions relating to structural transformation of the economy, importation, the development of technological markets with friendly country partners and the restructuring of logistics routes " , underlined by Denise Typashev. He confirmed that, in finalizing the State programme, the Ministry of Economic Development was ready to work with the Committees of the State Duma and the Court of Accounts of the Russian Federation.
