Each fourth individual enterprise in Russia is a youth representative. The country now has about 1 million PPIs under 35 years of age. In the newly registered individual entrepreneurs, the proportion of young people is 44 per cent. Another 5.2 million people under 35 years of age are engaged as self-employed. Such data from the small and medium-sized enterprise sector were presented by the SME Corporation during the Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, organized by the BCF, ASI and the SME Corporation.

" These data suggest an increase in the interest of Russian youth in entrepreneurship. And if the proportion of young people is almost half of the IP, they are already more than 53 per cent of self-employed. Today, in this category about 5.2 million people under 35 years of age, the Director-General of the SME Corporation, Alexander Isaevich.

Alexander Isaewicz said that the largest number of new entrepreneurs was registered in retail trade, growing by 41 per cent last year. " The tone is more likely to sell online on the labels. It is certain that this area will be very active in the coming years. I can't see the threshold of saturation. Trade in the number of new young entrepreneurs with large margins was followed by various personal services (5 per cent) and food and beverages (4 per cent).

" Today, young people are ready and can become a driver of small and medium-sized enterprise development. And the State helps to overcome the difficulties faced by young people in their business. For example, according to the Russian Federation, 58 per cent of young entrepreneurs have already benefited from State support measures.” Alexander Isaevich reported.

We recall that the support and development of the federal youth enterprise system is currently being carried out by the relevant ministries and agencies: the Ministry of Economic Development, Minobrnauki and Rosmodys, as well as development institutions, especially the SME Corporation.

Entrepreneurs in the region are supported through the national project " Maloy and Secondary Entrepreneurship and support for the individual entrepreneurial initiative " , which was initiated by the President and supervised by the First Vice-Primere Andrei Belousov.
