Forbes is beginning work on the sixth rating of Russia ' s best employers. We continue to assess companies not only in terms of wages and social packages, but also look at their commitment to the sustainable development agenda and best corporate practices. Forbes is working on the ranking of the best employers in Russia. As early as 2020, we decided not to make a purely HR-Prime rating and added to the methodology a set of issues related to the environmental footprint of participants. And in the 2021st partnership with KPMG (now Kept) helped us evaluate companies with more ESGs.

We do not abandon this approach this year. All parameters affecting the final scores of participating companies are divided into three groups: " Workers and Society " (40 per cent), " Ecology " (40%) and " Corporate Governance " (20 per cent). There are no restrictions on the number of companies, the final rating will all be divided into four categories: Platina, Zoloto, silver and Bronze. Only companies that do not have enough points for " book status " will be excluded. We also maintain the role of an expert jury, whose participants (ESG and Sustainable Development, HR and Environment specialists) will be able to influence the company ' s final status.

Since 2020, we have sent out ranking questionnaires to 150 major companies, as well as offering all those willing to download the questionnaire, fill it out and send us to Yakovenko@forbes.ru. This practice has been maintained. Annettes shall be accepted until 27 September inclusive.

All data sent will be used exclusively for rating and will not be published without prior agreement. In the environmental as well as a number of social metrics, companies will be compared with each other in the industries in which they operate: airlines, trade networks and banks, with trade networks and banks, industrial companies, with industry companies. The completion of the questionnaire does not guarantee a rating.
