Kabmin will provide nearly 2.5 billion roubles to support the concessional lending programme for digital transformation projects, as reported by the President of the Russian Government, Michael Mischustin.

As the head of the cabinet explained, this support is used by entrepreneurs. The allocation of money would enable the completion of earlier projects, which was essential for the further digitalization and digital transformation of the economy, it noted.

The Head of Government recalled that the subsidized rate for the programme was between 1 and 5 per cent of the annual rate and for accredited enterprises was not more than 3 per cent. The loan can reach 10 billion roubles.

Money can be obtained for the creation and implementation of IT products established in Russia, as well as for the purchase of software and licences, the development of their own technologies and sophths, the payment of workers, etc.
