The Integrated Business Online Service was launched in March 2024. Under one service, an entrepreneur can register a business, obtain an electronic signature without personal contact at the Certifying Centre of the Russian Federation and open a bank account. An important condition is that the applicant must have a confirmed record on the Gossulg portal and confirmed biometry in the Single Biometric System.

In the preparation of business registration documents, the applicant must choose the bank in which he will open the account, then agree to the remote issue of the electronic signature and send documents for business registration and the opening of the account through the Russian Federation Service.
