Yurlitz RF will move to digital paperwork with Rosreistro since 2026
The head of Oleg Skufinski noted that, with the pandemic, the digitalization of the work of Rosrestr accelerated.
As of 1 January 2026, the Roserstr expects to be fully translated into legal documents. This was stated by the head of Oleg Skufinsky, speaking at the XXV Moscow International Housing Congress.
"All authorities and local governments have e-mailed 100 per cent to the Rosreester system. As of 1 January 2026, we plan to completely [refer] to paperless documents, all digital transactions," he said.
Skoufinsky noted that the digitalization of the work of Rosreistra had accelerated with the pandemic. "As of early 2020, Rosrestr provided an average of about 19 per cent of the transactions, that is, almost 80 per cent of the transactions were in paper form. Today, we have about 40 per cent of the paper, 60 per cent on average - PP... digitally, - he explained.
Skoufinski also recalled that all the services of the Rosreester are now available on the single Gossulg portal. According to him, in the nine months of 2024, the office provided 23 million services.
