4. Innovative business park, the Creative Technology Quarter of the CARD. It is a centre for the development of infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses in the Yaroslav region.
5. Industrial (industrial) park Lokalovza. The technical park consists of 8 hulls with a total area of 95,000 square metres and a total land area of more than 15 ha. The technology park is a promising area for business ideas in various fields, from metal processing to hotel business.
6. The technology park is ARM. A Society with Limited Liability, Technopar-Arm was established in 2003 and has been providing assistance to small innovative enterprises in science and technology at the stage of creation and growth for over 15 years.
