♪ The food and processing industry of our region has shown steady growth. As a result of 2025, the food production index was 106.6 per cent, and the Governor of Yaroslava province, Michael Evreev, noted. - This is the result of systemic work to develop agro-industry and support our enterprises. APC is one of the economic instruments in the region. These are new jobs, rural development and food security. We will continue to create conditions for our producers to grow, enter new markets and strengthen the position of the Yaroslav region.

During the year 2025, ice cream production increased by 25.2 per cent to 49.2 thousand tons, cereal flours, vegetables and other plant crops and mixtures of them by 25.7 per cent, to 30.5 thousand tons. The belt and sub-products of the food poultry are 24 per cent higher than in the 2024th, 47.25,000 tons.

In addition, there has been a significant increase in the production of conditer products, plus 17.2 per cent (up to 13.5 thousand tons), meat (multi-containing) conservatives, plus 9.8 per cent (up to 3.6 million beds), creativity plus 11.7 per cent (up to 6,000 tons), estimates plus 4.1 per cent (up to 4.34 thousand tons) and liquid-treated milk plus 1.37 per cent (up to 44.6 per cent).

Commodity output has doubled in the region over the past three years. In this sector, more than 20 enterprises operate in the Yaroslav region, and products have been recognized at exhibitions, including international ones. In 2025, as part of industry development, the Pipeline Dairy Product investment project on the construction of new plants and the acquisition of process equipment for the production of PAsta Filata raw materials was implemented.

♪ The region ' s enterprises have not only increased the production of traditional products, but also continue to be active in investment projects. Segmental segments targeting both the mass consumer and the industrial sector contributed significantly to the overall dynamic. The leaders of the growth rate of ice cream, flour, poultry meat and conditer products, spoke the first Vice-President of the Government of the Jaroslava Region, Denis Hohrakov. All of this ensures food security in the region and enables export capacity-building.
