Since 2 September, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia is beginning to accept applications for agreements to recover some of the costs of ICP bond-based co-payments.

Grants are provided under the Maloy and Secondary Entrepreneurship Project to recover the actual and documented costs incurred in 2019 - 2023 for the payment of coupon income on stock exchange bonds. The bond timeline is 2019-2023.

Reason: Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation of 30 April 2019 No. 532 " On approval of the Regulations for the Provision of Subsidies from the Federal Budget to Russian organizations, small and medium-sized enterprises, in order to compensate for part of the cost of shares and bonds and the payment of coupon income on bonds placed on the stock exchange " .

Access to financial resources through bonds, including through the use of support measures (amount of bonds annually hosted by small and medium-sized enterprises), is the result of a interest-bearing grant.

Selection organizer: Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

Selection participants: small and medium-sized enterprises that have placed bonds on the stock exchange.

Application opening: 4:00 to 2 September 2024. End: 4:00 1 October 2024. Disclosure of selection results: 1 December 2024.

The adoption of documents is carried out in the State integrated public finance management information system, " Electric budget " , on the public financial support portal on the website promote.budget.gov.ru.
