The Yaroslav Metal Engineering Plant (JLMK) updated the equipment fleet through funding provided by the AO Regional Living Company of the Yaroslav Region. The enterprise specializes in the full cycle of construction of fast-moving buildings, from design to installation, and has successful experience in complex projects, including the construction of facilities for the Grand Theatre in Moscow, energy facilities, airports in the capital and Lower Novgorod.

♪ Updating the equipment fleet at the JEMC, an illustrative example of how regional support measures help business replace advanced technologies and build productive capacities, was noted by the Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, Alexander Olkhov. In 2025, the Regional Lizing Company issued 73 million roubles to businesses. At the same time, the RLC portfolio for 2026 is planned at 220 million roubles. We see that demand for leasing instruments is increasing, and we will continue to increase access to finance for industry in the region.

There are two leasing contracts between the enterprise and the RLC for the supply of high-technology metal laser processing plants with a total value of more than 40 million roubles. The company purchased a laser tube car (LX-K24 model) with a value of 23.1 million roubles and a laser leaf (HD-G6015X Pro 12000W Raycus model) with a value of 17.2 million roubles. The terms of the leasing for both treaties were 16 per cent for five years.

The plant ' s equipment has become obsolete and its repairs and upgrades have become impossible due to the interruption of technical support from European producers in connection with anti-Russian sanctions.

♪ The introduction of new plants will enable the factory to move from plasma and hand-held to laser technology. This decision will increase the speed and volume of production, ensure a high accuracy of the state-of-the-art preparations and reduce the cost of work: if at least three people have been replaced at the site of the plumbing, then one operator will be sufficient to start the new equipment, Mihail Petrov, Director General of the NZMK, said.

The regional leasing company provides funding ranging from 0.5 million roubles to 100 million roubles for 13 to 60 months with an advance of 15 per cent. For applicants from the Jaroslav region who purchase Russian equipment, the rate is 10 per cent of the annual, foreign, 16 per cent. The benefits of the programme are tax-free financing (the provision is the leasing subject itself), a flexible payment schedule based on business seasonality, a 30-day delay in the first payment from the transfer of equipment, and the possibility of sponsoring regional guarantee organizations. New production, medical, agricultural high-technology equipment and HoReCa technologies may be the subject of the leasing. Objectives for its use: To modernize, expand production or develop new directions in substantive activities.
