The Yaroslav region has entered the first quarter of Russia ' s constituent entities on the quality of the urban environment
♪ Our area has become increasingly comfortable for life every year, as the Governor of the Yaroslav region, Michael Evreev, has noted. - The results of the study on the Urban Environment Quality Index also confirm this. Last year, the Yaroslav region was among the leaders, taking the fourth place, following Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Tumen region. One of the main indicators assessed is improvement. Over the past years, more than 100 public spaces have already been transformed under the federal programme " Formation of a comfortable urban environment " in the region. Twenty-seven objects are planned for this year. More than 130 will be done at the 2025th on the " Our Palaces " project.
The evaluation of cities was conducted on 36 key indicators, covering also security, accessibility of infrastructure, environment, diversity and modernity of the urban environment, efficiency of municipal administration. Data from the regions, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Culture of Russia, the Surveyor, Rosstat and the DOM.RF Development Institute were used.
As noted by the Vice-President of the Government, the Minister of Construction and KH, the Jaroslava province, Alexander Balants, noted a significant increase in the ratings compared to the previous year in Lubima, Danilová, Posehoña, Uglic, Perslav-Zaleska. These cities have an index of 30 to 42 points. More than 20 points of Rybinsk, Mashkin, Gavrilov Yam, Tutayev have improved.
In general, the Ministry of the Russian Federation presented the results of the analysis of the urban quality index in the 1116 cities of Russia. The regional average increased from 200 to 220. According to the rating, Yaroslav and Tutayev have 269 points, Rybinsk and Mashkin have 265 points, Uglić has 260 points, Rostov has 254 points, and Pereslav Zales has 243 points.
