The Jaroslav region, together with a number of other regions, ranked first in the Russian General State Procurement Digitalization rating submitted by the Association of Organizations and Specialists in Public, Municipal and Corporate Trade.

♪ This result of systemic work on the introduction of modern technologies and the creation of an open competitive environment was noted by the Governor of the Jaroslava Region, Michael Evreev. - Our regional information system, " Public procurement of the Jaroslav region " , ensures full transparency in the procedures. It is integrated with the federal platforms, the Single Procurement Information System and the GIS Torgue. This allows not only the automation of processes but also the minimization of the risks of violations. The development of digital tools in this area will continue, thus promoting fair competition and the optimal use of the region ' s resources.

The rating reflects the level of development of digital technologies in procurement in the regions and is a tool for analysing and monitoring the current status of the sector. The experts evaluated indicators such as the maximum coverage of purchasers using the regional system, the integration with the automated information management system for the region ' s budget process and public information systems, the existence of a template-setting function, their own catalogue of goods, works and services, automated opportunities for centralized procurement and joint bidding, and the availability of other functions aimed at improving the procurement of goods, works and services for the regions.
