The results of the evaluation of the implementation of Regional Investment Standard 2.0 were presented in the framework of the MIPF-2025 after 2024. The Jaroslava region has once again demonstrated the high quality of the implementation of all the elements of the standard, confirming its readiness to work systematically with investors.

The region introduced the investment standard in 2023 and has since confirmed its practical effectiveness annually. The main objective is to ensure a single approach to investor escort, to create an understandable, transparent and comfortable environment for regional investment projects.

♪ A validation of the quality of the standard is the result of the team ' s coordinated work. It is important for us not only to attract investment, but also to develop long-term, sustainable relationships with business. We continue to develop an open and understandable investment environment in the region, shared by the Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, Alexander Eduardovic Olkhov.

An investment declaration is a key instrument for ensuring the effectiveness of investment policies in the Yaroslav region. It enshrines the commitments of the region to investors and is approved by the Governor ' s Decree of 16 March 2023 No. 52. The document guarantees the stability of the terms of support, the protection of business rights and the expeditious resolution of possible differences.

The " Single Window " for investors is implemented by the equity society " The Development Corporation of the Jaroslava Region " . The organization is accompanying investment projects at all stages, ensuring business engagement with authorities and infrastructure.

The Investment Committee and the Investment Climate Council play an important role in removing administrative barriers. They consider investor referrals, develop solutions and promote an enabling business environment. These structures are based on decrees of the Governor of the Region.

The investment map of the Jaroslava region, located in the Geoportal and the investment portal of the region, has been established for investor convenience. It provides full information on investment sites, engineering and transport infrastructure, accessible preferences and resource availability.

In addition, a set of investment rules has been developed in the region - investor algorithms, including 11 client routes in key areas. They cover infrastructure connectivity, construction, road management and other administrative procedures, helping investors to guide quickly and minimize the timing of harmonization.

The Investment Standard has become an effective tool for developing the business climate in the region and an important factor in attracting new projects. Work will continue on its improvement and implementation in the Yaroslav region.
