The Yaroslav region will receive a federal industrial grant in 2025
The Yaroslav region has been among the winners of the Russian Ministry of Commerce ' s competitive selection process and will receive a federal industrial subsidy in 2025.
In 2025, the region will receive 42.7 million roubles to co-finance regional industrial development programmes. This is 2 million more than in 2024. The grant funds are earmarked and will be directed towards the rehabilitation of the Regional Development Fund of the Yaroslav region.
With the planned co-financing from the regional budget, the total amount for industrial support in 2025 would be over 90 million roubles.
75 regions participated in the competitive selection process. Funding requested is 3.5 times the federal budget allocated for that purpose. The federal budget for 2025 provided for a budget of 3.3 billion roubles to co-finance regional industrial development programmes for 72 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The Regional Development Fund of the Jaroslava Region provides substantial financial support to industry in the region. It offers concessional loans to co-finance projects aimed at developing new high-technology products, importation, kit production and productivity. These measures enhance the competitiveness of the region ' s industry and stimulate its economic development.
