The Jaroslav oblast team, composed of representatives of the Ministry of Investment and Industry, the Regional Development Fund and the PAO " Auto-diesel " , participates in the methodological programme of the Ministry of Commerce of Russia ' s " PROCLATER " . The objective is to develop a project for the development of an interregional industrial cluster of autocomponents.

♪ The Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, Alexander Olkhov, said that we should focus on the possibilities for the use of federal State support by regional enterprises. - Industrial clusters are able to claim subsidies for start-ups and lower insurance premiums for SPIC 1.0.

The Interregional Industrial Cluster of Autocomponents was established by the Yaroslav Region in 2024 and comprises five enterprises: PAO Autodiesel, AO Jaroslava Diesel Plant, Fritex, AO Turbocomplect from Moscow province and AO Costrom Motor Components. Three importing projects are being implemented.

As part of the programme of the Ministry of Commerce of Russia, the " PROCLATER " teams will participate in practical and forward-looking webinars and receive support from experts. Project protection will take place in Omsk in July.

Background

The methodological programme of the Ministry of Commerce of Russia ' s " PROCLATER " is being implemented by the Ministry of the Economy of Knowledge, with the support of the Association of Clusters, Technological Parks and the Russian EEZ.
