♪ Our initiative to develop a national business reputation rating is moving to the stage of implementation. Proposals for improvements to the procurement system were supported by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and asked for the matter to be worked out by Michael Evrev. - Today, the changes were discussed at a meeting chaired by Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Chief of Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. EG Rating is currently evaluating companies on key integrity criteria. In order to improve its objectivity and usefulness, the Government of the Yaroslava Region proposes to expand the parameters of the evaluation - to take into account not only the lack of irregularities but also the positive experience of companies: the total number and total value of successful public contracts, the maximum scope of the project implemented, and the quality of work, for example, the ratio of fines received to total liabilities.

♪ Such improvements would transform the rating into a multi-layer and objective evaluation system, help to create a more equitable and enabling environment, said Michael Evereev. - For good business, a high score will be a strong competitive advantage, for customers, a reliable guide to the choice of partners, and for the economy as a whole, a further step towards greater transparency and efficiency in procurement.
