The company purchased 4.5 billion roubles from self-employed goods and services since the beginning of the year
Nearly 4.5 billion roubles were purchases from self-employed persons, which were held by the largest companies with the State during the first half of 2024. Compared to the same period last year, the increase in procurement was 22 per cent. The SME Corporation is responsible for enforcing the mandatory government 25 per cent procurement quota.
" The use of self-employed persons in procurement under 223-FZ is increasing. As a result of the first six months of this year, their total delivery of goods and services amounted to almost 4.5 billion roubles, an increase of 22 per cent over the previous year. However, the number of self-employed suppliers increased by 25 per cent and exceeded 5,000.” The Director-General of the ICP Corporation, Alexander Isaevich, reported.
According to him, financial intermediation and insurance support services (1.26 billion roubles) were the most needed in the procurement of self-employed. Creative, art and entertainment services (0.31 billion roubles), professional, scientific and technical services (0.28 billion), advertising and market research services (0.27 billion), as well as specialized construction (0.26 billion roubles).
As a result of the first half of the year, the Cour region (0.84 billion roubles), Moscow (0.79 billion), Moscow region (0.31 billion), St. Petersburg and Sverdlov region (0.22 billion and 0.17 billion roubles, respectively).
The largest increase in procurement volumes is in the Kur region (almost 0.82 billion roubles). In the top regions, St. Petersburg (more than 0.1 billion roubles) and the Sverdlov region (more than 0.085 billion roubles).
It will be recalled that self-employed persons can participate in 223-FZ procurement under the same conditions as small and medium-sized businesses as of 1 April 2020. Support for self-employed persons is one of the key areas of the Maloye and Middle Entrepreneurship Project, which was launched by President Vladimir Putin.
