The Yaroslav Regional Development Fund was one of Russia ' s best funds
The Industrial Development Fund summarized the performance for 2024. For example, the Yaroslav Region FRF has become one of the best regional funds for the implementation of the annual budget by 100 per cent of two consecutive years. Loans amounting to 251.3 million roubles were issued to 12 industrial enterprises. These facilities were sent to purchase new equipment, to upgrade capacity and to modernize production.
♪ The result has been achieved through the up-to-date of the PPF in the framework of the Yaroslava Industry Development and Competitiveness Programme for the period 2024 - 2030, amounting to 140.8 million roubles and the fund ' s refund of 1,110.5 million roubles. In addition, almost 41 million roubles were federal funds that had been received under the Single Regional Subvention mechanism of the Ministry of Commerce of Russia to co-finance regional industrial development programmes, and the Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region, Alexander Eduardovic Olkhov, had spoken.
Enterprises such as the Uglicabel GS, the Yaroslav Retail Processing Plant, the Yaroslav-Resinotechnica, the Silouet GS, the Rous Mechanics Mechanic, the Sada Aurika OO and others were receiving financial support in 2024. They have been provided with loans for " Development " , " Industry " , " Revolving capital " for up to 3 years at preferential rates between 3 and 8.5 per cent of the year.
For example, the Uglickabel Company, with financial support from the PPF, is planning to purchase a high-speed insulation line to insulate the conductive cables for automate and control systems under the " Capacity Building " project. At the end of 2024, the new insulation line had already been pre-recorded on the manufacturer ' s site with the participation of technical specialists from Uglykabel. A new line is planned for the first quarter of 2025.
Assistance was also provided to Sada Aurika. In January 2024, the fires destroyed the production area, the shopping room, equipment, the pre-product storage facility. Overall, more than 3,000 square metres of production and storage facilities were lost. Cash borrowed by FRF was spent on the purchase of raw materials and materials to restore production, electricity and gas, and the purchase of packaging materials.
In 2025, following the competitive selection of the Ministry of Commerce, the region will receive 42.7 million roubles from the federal budget. In view of the planned co-financing from the regional budget, total financial support under the regional industrial development programme in 2025 would be 92.7 million roubles.
