The Yaroslav SME Support Fund provided business access to record concessional financing
As a result of the first quarter of 2026, the Support Fund for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship of the Jaroslava Region provided a record of concessional financing to the region ' s business.
♪ 53 SME entities received lung loans and sponsorships, with a total of 420 million roubles raised. The result was the highest in the first quarter of the organization ' s history. Almost 40 per cent more than in the same period of 2025, when 301.5 million roubles were provided to entrepreneurs, the first Vice-President of the Government of the Jaroslava Region, Denis Hohrakov, said. The capitalization of the fund now stands at 1.275 billion roubles, which is a sustainable financial basis for further expansion of the availability of support. Our strategic objective remains unchanged, to provide the business region with long-term and affordable financial resources.
Funding ranges from 50,000 to 5 million roubles, allowing for different scales. The funds are for real property, transport, new equipment. These are direct investments in modernization, new production and employment. Enabling conditions, such as the 1 per cent annual rates, are being targeted.
♪ The first quarter ' s rate has been possible through systemic work to increase the availability of financial instruments for small and medium-sized businesses. This increase confirms the high demand for the region ' s dominance, noted by Alexander Olkhov, Minister of Investment and Industry of the Jaroslava Region. - We see that entrepreneurs are actively using the concessional loans and sponsorship of the fund to modernize production and increase turnover.
One example of the effective use of support measures was the fishing enterprise, the Tehcom GS, which is responsible for the production of small architectural forms, child players and sports complexes, urban upgrading and parks. The company received a loan of 3.2 million roubles from the SME Support Fund in the Yaroslava Region. Two machines were purchased by the enterprise: the fine-than-Freser with the PCP and the cylindrical. New equipment will increase output, given the growing demand from municipal organizations and developers from different regions of Russia. Recently, the company ' s revenues have increased by 40 to 50 per cent, and the expansion of production capacity is necessary for further development.
