The Investment Project provides for the establishment of new restaurants and museums in the Wyatt Spa Hotel, a filmmaker. Investments are 3.5 billion roubles. There'll be about 350 jobs.

Large-scale development involves the upgrading of infrastructure. Last year we repaired the Wyatsky Trace, Jaroslavl. Further work and reconstruction of clearing, road rehabilitation, reorganization of the transport network should be undertaken.

Another project with an interesting name, Ludi-Riba, will be implemented in the Negro region. It involves the construction of hotels, yacht clubs, restaurants, spa-complexes, the laying of ecotropics. A total of 280 jobs will be created and the total investment will be over 5 billion roubles.

This is the first project of the investor of the GSZ in our region. I am sure today ' s agreement will launch a multi-year cooperation.
