The Government of the Russian Federation supported the Russian Ministry of Economic Development ' s draft law on the limitation of the time frame for conducting visits by socially targeted non-profit organizations. Thus, similar to the SME sector, it is proposed to reduce the administrative burden and support the work of private schools, kindergartens, holdings and other non-profit organizations.

The MES, the Surveyor and other control agencies are now inspecting SONCO on general rules. The duration of the exit check is up to 10 days, and there are no time limits.

" With the adoption of the law, the verification time will be linked to the number of SONCO staff. If they are not more than 100, like small businesses, the maximum verification time will be reduced to 50 hours. If not more than 15 microbusinesses have a verification time of up to 15 hours " , she explained the amendments to the federal law on State and Municipal Control of Tatiana Ilumshnikov.

The proposed amendments are proposed to be extended to SONCO included in the Russia ' s Mieconom Development Register. It now has more than 53,000 organizations.

" According to Rosstat, today 95 per cent of SONCO has a staff strength of not more than 15. For most organizations to reduce the administrative burden of their verification more than five times, " Tatiana Ilyushnikov emphasized.
