Up to 15 June, employees of the national project " Labour productivity " may apply for training under the " Management " programme. It was developed by the Agency for the Development of Professionals and Skills with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.

The programme aims to generate interest in rationalizing activities - to propose improvements to enterprises. This year, a series of online bands and classrooms are planned. They'll start on June 24th.

The " Management " programme is a cycle of activities. The training aims to generate interest in rationalizing activities, promote enterprise initiatives, develop skills to develop and implement improvement proposals. The course has already been attended by 4,000 workers. Another 45,000 will be trained this year. The programme is important for enterprises that seek to be at the forefront of change, to set their pace and focus.” The Deputy Minister for Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Murat Kerefov.

" This year, integrated training consists of three tracks with three different sampling streams, which include a programme for the preparation of project rationalization teams, practical approaches to rationalizing and rationalizing thinking " , reported by Catherine Kuznetsov, Director of the Industry and Development Department of the Agency for the Development of Skills and Professionals.

Employees of enterprises participating in the national project " Labour productivity " from all regions of Russia may participate in the programme. Three training streams are available to them: from 24 June to 22 November inclusive.

Applications for all tracks and flows are accepted to 15 June 2024, by e-mail form: mp@rt-academy.ru. After 15 June 2024, applications will be considered individually.

As a result of each of the tracks and the fulfilment of all the conditions in the course of the programme, participants will receive a certificate confirming their training.

Previously, for all enterprises in the country, applications for the All-Russian Public Diplomacy Competition have been launched on the Movement ' s website. The application campaign will extend until 15 September inclusive and will generate better rationalization proposals with economic and other positive effects for the development of the productive capacities of the organizations.
