The delegation of the Yarosla region, under the leadership of the Governor, Michael Evraveva, will participate in the XXIX Petersburg International Economic Forum (EIF), which will be held from 3 to 6 June at the Exforum Congress and Exhibition Centre.

♪ We are going to a forum with specific objectives and confidence that the Jaroslav region, a reliable and promising partner for business and investors, was said by the Governor of the Yaroslava Region, Michael Evereev. - We plan to meet with investors, representatives of federal institutions and state corporations, and to sign new investment agreements that will cover industry, tourism and integrated territorial development. For us to participate in the MIPF is an opportunity to attract additional resources to develop the region, create new jobs and improve the quality of life. The results of previous years confirm the effectiveness of this work. In the past alone, 21 agreements worth more than 90 billion roubles were signed, almost 5,000 new jobs.

Since 2022, the investment portfolio created by the MIPF has already included 56 projects with a total investment of over 229 billion roubles and over 11,000 new jobs.

Among the projects already implemented are the construction of the Innopolis Tech Yaroslavl data processing centre, whose actual investment amounted to some 6.9 billion roubles, the construction of an industrial park in the Yaroslava District (Regionstroy), the modernization of the Yarpivo Pivo Water Company (launched). The heaters of the Jaroslava TC have also been reconstructed, the capacity of the Yaroslav Breiler AO has been expanded, and the Vitsky Tourism and Recreation Cluster has been established. ♪ Last year, within the framework of the EFP, the region signed agreements for the first time with developing companies for the integrated development of territories, totalling over 47 billion roubles. Mexa expressed its readiness to implement a project for the development of a microreion in Pereslav-Zales, and Goodgrad in the Zawlaj and Frunzen regions of Yaroslava. The project in Twerits is already in an active phase: a multi-family housing is under construction, and more than 22,000 square metres of housing are planned. The project also involves the construction of social facilities, and the First Vice-President of the Government of the Jaroslava Region, Denis Hohrakov. - This year, in the forum, we will continue our good practices and will also conclude several agreements to support the projects of integrated regional development.

A project of the Ludi-Riba Tour Recreation Complex in the Negro District is under active implementation. Land has already been purchased, 400 million roubles have been invested, a tour operator has been acquired and a water management contract has been concluded. A serial production of the TBG-110M gas turbine engine in the DPC-Satourne PAO, the construction of a hot zinc metal factory on Tituev and the construction of a number of residential and industrial facilities, including ceramic brick and medical products, are also continuing.

Overall, there are 86 major projects in the region, with 425 billion roubles, which will generate 27,000 jobs. The Yaroslav region is showing a growth rate of three times higher than the Russian average.
